Publications of the Human Nutrition and Food Safety Division

The Human Nutrition and Food Safety division aims to study dietary behaviour and its relationship with health, well-being and the environment. It is also interested in the nutritional quality and safety of food, while integrating the notion of nutritional safety in its sanitary, environmental and social dimensions.
